"Member Experience" Theme Resonates at 2014 Distinguished Ideas Summit hosted by St. Andrews Country Club

BOCA RATON, Fla., June 24, 2014 /CNW/ - 2014 Distinguished Ideas Summit presented by BoardRoom Magazine included invitation-only participants representing country clubs recognized as Distinguished Clubs of the World. St. Andrews Country Club, a Distinguished Emerald Club of the World hosted the afternoon session which concentrated on current trends in the club industry and innovative ideas to engage with, and provide, premier services to members.

St. Andrews CC presented a perfect example of service excellence from the guest's arrival at the club where they were warmly welcomed by the management team and personally escorted to the meeting destination. The St. Andrews culinary team once again exceeded expectations by providing a high-end, farm to table dining experience during the working luncheon. St. Andrews Chef Jose Guerra hand carved the Distinguished Ideas Summit logo into a magnificent ice sculpture, one of the many impressive, personal touches at the event. Tours of the facility and amenities, which recently underwent a $15 million renovation, concluded the event.
