Mercator Transport announces closing of the acquisition of Toti Berg Freight
Services Limited

LAVAL, QC, Dec. 2 /CNW Telbec/ - Mercator Transport Group Corporation ("Mercator Transport") (TSX-V : GMT) announces the closing of the acquisition of all the assets of Toti Berg Freight Services Limited ("Toti Berg"), a Ghanaian corporation specialized in transport brokerage and transit operations, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Mercator Ghana Limited.

Let us remind the reader that this acquisition, announced November 18, 2009 , was concluded at a purchase price of CAN$100,000, entirely payable by the issuance of 250,000 common shares of the share capital of Mercator Transport, at a unit price of $0.40 per share.
