Mercier Bridge: Access Ramp 3 Remains Closed - Road Work Heading to
Châteauguay from January 14 to 15

LONGUEUIL, QC, Jan. 14 /CNW Telbec/ - The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) and the Ministère des Transports du Québec (MTQ) wish to inform the public of the following closures which are necessary to pursue the construction of the working area under Mercier Bridge:

    
    1) The complete closure of the exit ramp heading to Châteauguay (ramp 3)
       in the night of Thursday, January 14 to Friday, January 15 from 9 p.m.
       until 5 a.m. During this work, access to Route 138 (towards
       Châteauguay) will be possible via the exit ramp heading to La Prairie,
       then by taking Route 132 and Highway 30 towards Châteauguay.

    2) The closure of one of two lanes westbound on the Honoré-Mercier Bridge
       from 6 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Friday, January 15.
    

Of note that this work could be delayed due to weather conditions. The lane closures would then take place the following day.
