Mercier Bridge: Service Road Detour - Service Road Closed Between Highways
132 and 138
LONGUEUIL, QC, March 19 /CNW Telbec/ - The Jacques Cartier and Champlain Bridges Incorporated (JCCBI) and the Ministère des Transports du Québec (MTQ) wish to inform the public that the service road linking highway 132 to the 138 will be closed on Monday, March 22, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
It will be important for users heading for Châteauguay from La Prairie to take highway 30.
Users who will not take highway 30 will be forced to cross the Mercier Bridge, take the detour by Clement Street in Montreal and come back on their steps by the Mercier Bridge and head for Châteauguay using highway 138.
Please also take note that during this closure, all trucks exceeding the height limit of 4.1 meters will have to take highway 30, head toward Châteauguay and take the Mercier Bridge to Montreal using highway 138. The height limit of the on-ramp coming from La Prairie remains restricted to 4.1 meters.
