Meritor Appoints Dean Stratton Regional Director for Canada
TROY, Mich., Sept. 14, 2016 /CNW/ -- Meritor, Inc. (NYSE:MTOR) announced the appointment of Dean Stratton as regional director, Field Sales & Service for Canada.
Stratton, who is based in British Columbia, leads six DriveForce district managers responsible for sales and service support for fleets, dealers and original equipment manufacturers in the Canadian region. He will also work to identify new products that meet specialized fleet needs within different markets across Canada.

Stratton has more than 30 years of experience in the Canadian trucking industry. Most recently, he was district manager, Sales, for Western Star Trucks, a division of Daimler Trucks North America. He was employed at Western Star for most of his career in various management roles, including marketing manager and manager, Regional Sales, Western Canada/Northwest United States.
District managers reporting to Stratton are:
- Mike Bryan: Greater Toronto Area, northern and Central Ontario
- Ryan Hounslow: Greater Toronto Area, southern and eastern Ontario
- Dean Iannacone: British Columbia, southern Alberta
- Stephen Murphy: Southeastern Quebec, eastern Canada
- Pierre Perron: Greater Montreal, northern Quebec
- Mike Zueff: Northern Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba
