MFC Global Investment Management Adopts Manulife Asset Management Brand

<p><span class="xn-location">TORONTO</span>, <span class="xn-chron">Dec. 15, 2010</span> /CNW/ -- MFC Global Investment Management announced that beginning today it is changing its brand name to Manulife Asset Management across its global operations.</p>

<p>With this change, the asset management organization's global network in 17 countries and territories will now operate under the Manulife Asset Management brand. This brand is already in use across six of the company's operations in Asia.</p>

<p>In addition, to leverage the well-known <span class="xn-person">John Hancock</span> brand in the <span class="xn-location">United States</span>, Manulife Asset Management will use <span class="xn-person">John Hancock</span> Asset Management as a sub-brand when providing investment management services related to <span class="xn-person">John Hancock</span> products sold in the <span class="xn-location">United States</span>.</p>
