MFDA adjourns Hearing on the Merits in the Matter of Anthony MacFarlane
TORONTO, Dec. 14 /CNW/ - The MFDA commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Anthony MacFarlane by Notice of Hearing dated July 22, 2010.
The hearing of this matter on its merits, originally scheduled to commence on December 15, 2010, has been adjourned on consent of the parties to December 17, 2010 commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern) in the hearing room located at the offices of the MFDA at 121 King Street West, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario. The hearing will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
