MFDA adjourns Hearing on the Merits in the matter of International Capital Management Inc. and John Paul Sanchez
TORONTO, Oct. 14, 2016 /CNW/ - The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA") commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of International Capital Management Inc. and John Paul Sanchez (the "Respondents") by Notice of Hearing (the "Notice of Hearing") dated December 17, 2015.
The hearing of this matter on its merits, scheduled to take place October 17-21, 2016, has been adjourned on consent of the parties to December 16, 2016, commencing at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern), or as soon thereafter as the matter can be held, in the hearing room at the offices of the MFDA, located at 121 King Street West, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario. The proceeding will continue to be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
A copy of the Notice of Hearing is available on the MFDA website at www.mfda.ca. During the period described in the Notice of Hearing, the Respondents carried on business in the Provinces of Alberta and Ontario.
