MFDA adjourns Hearing on the Merits in the matter of Jonathan MacPherson
TORONTO, Oct. 17, 2016 /CNW/ - The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA") commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Jonathan Robert MacPherson (the "Respondent") by Notice of Hearing (the "Notice of Hearing") dated April 5, 2016.
The hearing of this matter on its merits, scheduled to take place October 18, 2016, has been adjourned to a date to be determined and announced accordingly. The proceeding will to be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
A copy of the Notice of Hearing is available on the MFDA website at www.mfda.ca. During the period described in the Notice of Hearing, the Respondent carried on business in the Calgary, Alberta area.
