MFDA adjourns Hearing on the Merits in the matter of Sanjeev Duggal
TORONTO, March 17, 2015 /CNW/ - The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA") commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Sanjeev Kumar Duggal (the "Respondent") by Notice of Hearing (the "Notice of Hearing") dated December 19, 2014.
The hearing of this matter on its merits, scheduled to take place on March 19, 2015, has been adjourned on consent of the parties to March 26, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern), or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the hearing room at the MFDA offices, located at 121 King Street West, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario. The proceeding will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
A copy of the Notice of Hearing is available on the MFDA website at www.mfda.ca. During the period described in the Notice of Hearing, the Respondent carried on business in the Oakville, Ontario area.
