MFDA adjourns Hearing on the Merits in the matter of Scott Reeves
TORONTO, Feb. 24, 2016 /CNW/ - The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA") commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Scott Byron Reeves (the "Respondent") by Notice of Hearing (the "Notice of Hearing") dated August 27, 2015.
The hearing of this matter on its merits, originally scheduled to commence on February 25, 2016, has been adjourned and the next appearance will now take place by teleconference on February 25, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern). The appearance will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
A copy of the Notice of Hearing is available on the MFDA website at www.mfda.ca. During the period described in the Notice of Hearing, the Respondent conducted business in the Hamilton, Ontario area.
