MFDA adjourns Hearing on the Merits in the matter of The Investment House of
Canada Inc., Sanjiv Sawh and Vlad Trkulja
TORONTO, April 1 /CNW/ - The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA") commenced a disciplinary proceeding against The Investment House of Canada Inc., Sanjiv Sawh and Vlad Trkulja by Notice of Hearing dated November 30, 2009.
The hearing of this matter on its merits originally scheduled to commence on April 5, 2010 has been adjourned on consent of the parties until April 7, 2010 commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern), or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held, in the hearing room located at the offices of the MFDA, 121 King Street West, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario.
This hearing will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
