MFDA adjourns next appearance in the matter of Lloyd Snyder
TORONTO, Sept. 2, 2014 /CNW/ - The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA") commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Lloyd Snyder by Notice of Hearing (the "Notice of Hearing") dated September 30, 2013.
An appearance in this proceeding, originally scheduled to take place by teleconference on September 3, 2014, has been adjourned on consent of the parties to a date to be determined and to be announced accordingly. The appearance will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
