MFDA announces location of Kent Westgard Hearing

TORONTO, April 8 /CNW/ - The MFDA commenced a disciplinary proceeding against Kent Owen Westgard by Notice of Hearing dated December 21, 2009.

The hearing of this matter on its merits will take place before a Hearing Panel of the Prairie Regional Council on April 29-30, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. (Prairie), or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held, in the hearing room located at the Hotel Le Germain-Calgary, 899 Centre Street SW, Calgary, Alberta.
