MFDA Announces Location of Terry Sampson Hearing

TORONTO, June 16 /CNW/ - The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA") commenced a disciplinary proceeding against Terry Lynn Sampson by way of Notice of Hearing dated April 23, 2010.

The hearing of this matter on its merits will take place before a Hearing Panel of the Prairie Regional Council on July 9, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. (Mountain), or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held, in the Hearing Room located at the Fairmont Hotel MacDonald, 10065-100th Street, Edmonton, Alberta.

The hearing will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
