MFDA announces next appearance in the Matter of Domenic Fanelli and Michele

TORONTO, March 15 /CNW/ - The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA") commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Domenic Fanelli and Michele Torchia by Notice of Hearing dated June 13, 2008.

On January 19, 2009 the MFDA announced that the Hearing Panel had adjourned the proceeding to a date to be determined.

The next appearance in this matter will take place by teleconference on March 23, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern) to set dates for the hearing of this matter on its merits and to address any other procedural matters that may arise. The appearance will take place in the Hearing Room at the offices of the MFDA located at 121 King Street West, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario and will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
