MFDA Hearing Panel adjourns Hearing in the Matter of Nathan Disenhouse
TORONTO, June 8 /CNW/ - A hearing in the matter of Nathan Hersh Disenhouse commenced today before a Hearing Panel of the MFDA's Central Regional Council and was adjourned on consent of the parties to June 18, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. (Eastern). All other previously announced hearing dates have been replaced by the June 18, 2010 appearance.
The hearing will resume in the hearing room located at the offices of the MFDA at 121 King Street West, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario, and will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
