MFDA Hearing Panel adjourns Settlement Hearing in the matter of Kathleen Hounsome
TORONTO, May 14, 2014 /CNW/ - The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA") commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Kathleen Hounsome by Notice of Settlement Hearing dated March 17, 2014.
The settlement hearing, originally scheduled to take place on May 20, 2014 in Victoria, British Columbia, has been adjourned on consent of the parties to a date to be determined and announced accordingly. The hearing will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
