MFDA Hearing Panel adjourns settlement hearing in the matter of Mansu Ding
TORONTO, June 16, 2015 /CNW/ - The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA") commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Mansu Ding (the "Respondent") by Notice of Settlement Hearing (the "Notice of Settlement Hearing") dated June 3, 2015.
The settlement hearing in this matter, originally scheduled to proceed on June 17, 2015 in Toronto, Ontario, has been adjourned on consent of the parties to an appearance by teleconference before the Hearing Panel on July 15, 2015 at 12:30 p.m. (Eastern), or as soon thereafter as the appearance can be held. The appearance will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
A copy of the Notice of Settlement Hearing is available on the MFDA website at www.mfda.ca. During the period described in the Notice of Settlement Hearing, the Respondent carried on business in the Ottawa, Ontario area.
