MFDA Hearing Panel issues Decision and Reasons in the matter of Valery Herner
TORONTO, Jan. 26, 2017 /CNW/ - A Hearing Panel of the Central Regional Council of the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA") has issued its Decision and Reasons in connection with a disciplinary hearing held in Toronto, Ontario on November 30, 2016 and December 1, 2016 in the matter of Valery Herner (the "Respondent").
In its Decision and Reasons dated January 25, 2017 ("Decision and Reasons"), the Hearing Panel outlines its decision to dismiss the allegation made against the Respondent in the Notice of Hearing dated March 9, 2016.
