MFDA Hearing Panel issues Reasons for Decision with respect to William
Gillick settlement hearing

TORONTO , Nov. 17 /CNW/ - A Hearing Panel of the Central Regional Council of the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA") has issued its Reasons for Decision in connection with the settlement hearing held in Toronto , Ontario on October 29, 2009 in the matter of William Todd Gillick .

Copies of the Settlement Agreement, the resulting Order and the Hearing Panel's Reasons for Decision are available on the MFDA website at www.mfda.ca.
