The proposed settlement agreement concerns allegations that the Respondent:
(a) between June 2008 and October 2008, falsified client account opening documents in respect of three clients, contrary to MFDA Rule 2.1.1; and (b) in October 2008, interfered with the ability of the Member to conduct a reasonable supervisory investigation of the Respondent's conduct, contrary to MFDA Rules 1.1.2 and 2.5.1 and MFDA Rule 2.1.1.
