MFDA reschedules appearance in the matter of Jason Savoy
TORONTO, May 17, 2017 /CNW/ - The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA") commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Jason Andrew Savoy ("Respondent") by Notice of Hearing dated January 16, 2017 ("Notice of Hearing").
An appearance in this proceeding, originally scheduled to take place on May 18, 2017 by teleconference, has been rescheduled to an appearance by teleconference before the Hearing Panel on June 22, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. (Atlantic), or as soon thereafter as the appearance can be held. The appearance will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
A copy of the Notice of Hearing is available on the MFDA website at www.mfda.ca. During the period described in the Notice of Hearing, the Respondent conducted business in the Halifax, Nova Scotia area.
