TORONTO, Sept. 15 /CNW/ - The MFDA commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Domenic Fanelli and Michele Torchia by Notice of Hearing dated June 13, 2008.

The hearing of this matter on its merits, previously scheduled to take place on September 20-22, 2010, has been rescheduled to December 3, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. (Central), or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held, in the hearing room located at the MFDA offices at 121 King Street West, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario. The hearing will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
