MFDA reschedules Hearing on the Merits in the matter of Donald O'Connor
TORONTO, Feb. 12, 2018 /CNW/ - The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA") commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Donald Wayne O'Connor ("Respondent") by Notice of Hearing dated May 16, 2017.
The hearing of this matter on its merits, originally set to take place February 13-14, 2018 before a Hearing Panel of the Prairie Regional Council of the MFDA in Calgary, Alberta, has been rescheduled to April 5-6, 2018, commencing at 10:00 a.m. (Mountain) each day, or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be heard, in the hearing room at the offices of the MFDA, located at Suite 850, 800 – 6th Avenue S.W. Calgary, Alberta. The proceeding will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
A copy of the Notice of Hearing is available on the MFDA website at www.mfda.ca. During the period described in the Notice of Hearing, the Respondent conducted business in the Calgary, Alberta area.
