MFDA reschedules Hearing on the Merits in the Matter of Zenon Smiechowski
TORONTO, Sept. 23 /CNW/ - The MFDA commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Zenon Smiechowski by Notice of Hearing dated April 12, 2010.
The hearing of this matter on its merits, previously scheduled to take place on September 27-28, 2010, has been rescheduled to December 16-17, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific) in the hearing room located at the Wosk Centre for Dialogue, 580 West Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia. The hearing will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
