MFDA sets dates for Nathan Disenhouse Hearing on the Merits

TORONTO , Feb. 8 /CNW/ - The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA") commenced disciplinary proceedings in respect of Nathan Hersh Disenhouse by Notice of Hearing dated December 17, 2009 .

An appearance in this matter took place today by teleconference before a Hearing Panel of the MFDA's Central Regional Council.

The Hearing Panel reserved June 18 , 21-22 and 24, 2010 for the hearing of this matter on its merits. The hearing will commence at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern), or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held, in the Hearing Room at the offices of the MFDA located at 121 King Street West , Suite 1000, Toronto , Ontario. The hearing will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
