MFDA to adjourn Hearing on the Merits in the Matter of Connor Financial
Corporation and Joel Gerrett Connor

TORONTO, Oct. 15 /CNW/ - The MFDA commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Connor Financial Corporation and Joel Gerrett (Gerry) Connor by Notice of Hearing dated December 23, 2009.

The hearing of this matter on its merits, previously scheduled for October 18-22, 2010 at the Wosk Centre for Dialogue in Vancouver, British Columbia, will be adjourned to a date to be determined during an appearance before the Hearing Panel by teleconference on October 18, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific).

Members of the public wishing to listen to the teleconference may do so at the MFDA offices located at 650 West Georgia Street, Suite 1220, Vancouver, British Columbia. The appearance will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
