MHPM Project Leaders wins important Infrastructure Ontario contract

OTTAWA, July 24, 2014 /CNW/ - MHPM Project Managers Inc. announced today that it has won a major contract to lead facility and infrastructure construction projects on behalf of Infrastructure Ontario (IO). Over the term of the multi-year contract, MHPM will oversee the delivery of about 850 construction and improvement projects worth an estimated $500 million. The projects are for provincially owned and leased properties in Eastern, Central and South Western Ontario.

The IO managed real estate portfolio is the largest of any province in Canada. As project management service provider to IO, MHPM will deliver assignments valued from $100,000 to $10 million. Those assignments will include the renovations, repairs and replacements required to maintain the province's real estate portfolio.
