Mic Mac Mall to resume operations tomorrow, March 4

DARTMOUTH, NS, March 3, 2015 /CNW/ - Today, after Mic Mac Mall opened, Halifax Regional Police made property management aware of a situation that required the closing of the property for the safety of all employees and shoppers.

Since there is an on-going police investigation, Mic Mac Mall will not be commenting on the details of the operations that took place or the investigation.

Based on the information available at this time, and through discussions with police authorities, we have decided to resume operations tomorrow, Wednesday March 4^th, 9:30am to 9:00pm. 

The safety and security of everyone is Mic Mac Mall's utmost priority. Visitors may notice increased security at the property. However, this will not impact visitors to the mall. Mic Mac Mall will not comment further on the security measures in place. 

Mic Mac Mall would like to thank the Halifax Regional Police who provided exceptional service, for their professionalism and quick action.
