Mike Holmes to build HOLMES Community in Winnipeg

TORONTO, Sept. 6, 2013 /CNW/ - The Holmes Group is pleased to announce the development of a HOLMES Community in Winnipeg, Manitoba—The Yards at Fort Rouge.

The Yards will feature energy efficient HOLMES Approved townhomes within a walkable community that has access to existing neighbourhood amenities, including rapid transit, bike paths and green spaces.

The community will also incorporate the use of a District Geothermal Heating and Cooling system to reduce its carbon footprint.

Pre-sale registration for PHASE 1 begins September 7^th.  A PHASE 1 sales event with Mike Holmes will be held on September 21^st at 661 Argue Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
