Millar Western appoints David Anderson as Vice-President, Finance and Business Development

EDMONTON, April 23, 2014 /CNW/ - On behalf of the Board of Directors of Millar Western Forest Products Ltd. ("Millar Western"), President and CEO J. Craig Armstrong has announced the appointment of Mr. David Anderson to the position of Vice-President, Finance and Business Development, effective immediately. 

Mr. Anderson has held progressively senior positions with Millar Western since joining the company in 2005.  During his 15-year career in the forest industry, he has garnered operations, marketing and business development expertise encompassing both company product lines, lumber and pulp, and spanning domestic and international marketplaces.  In his new role, Mr. Anderson will take on senior responsibility for Millar Western's financial planning, management and reporting activities.
