M1S announced the expansion of its contact centre operations on January 12, 2017, and is now actively recruiting in the region. The Sudbury facility is offering more than 250 new jobs, with approximately 200 positions targeted to be filled by the Fall of 2017. Future expansion to as many as 350 jobs is anticipated.
"We've been very pleased with the amount of interest demonstrated by local job seekers," said Tom Band, CEO. "Our first wave of new employees joined us on May 1st and we will be hiring continuously throughout the year as we work to maximize our facility capacity." He went on to confirm that "extensive hiring will be taking place between now and the Fall."

The majority of the positions offered are permanent, full-time roles with best-in-class benefits, quarterly bonus program eligibility, recognition, and career development programs. A small number of part-time and contract roles are also available. Role types include Customer Service jobs (English and Bilingual) as well as leadership and support department positions.
