Media Agency of the Year Win Follows Slew of Awards for Mindshare Canada
TORONTO, Nov. 17, 2017 /CNW/ -- Mindshare Canada, the global media agency network that's part of WPP, won big at Strategy Magazine's Agency of the Year Awards last week, taking home the Bronze trophy for Media Agency of the Year. These awards honor the best of the best in creative, media, digital, PR, and design across all of Canada, with judges specifically scoring the strategic insight and creativity behind each agency's campaigns. Mindshare Canada was specifically honored for its adaptive media strategies, growing content capabilities, and more – including innovative work with Ben & Jerry's, Dove, and Walmart Canada.

The Media Agency of the Year win comes on the heels of a number of other honors for Mindshare Canada's client work, including:
- Kimberly-Clark's Huggies' "No Baby Unhugged" campaign won the Grand Prix, plus two Gold and two Silver, at Strategy Magazine's recent Strategy Awards (in partnership with Ogilvy & Mather).
- The same Huggies program also took home the Analytics award at the WARC Awards.
- Three wins at the Ad Club of Toronto's Out of Home Showdown for work with Kimberly-Clark and Nordstrom in Canada, including the top award: Overall Showdown.
- Global Agency of the Year at the Mobile Marketing Association's SMARTIES Awards – honoring the best of the best in mobile across the globe. In Canada specifically, Mindshare also won Bronze with Dove for their Snapchat Hack.
