The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Canadian Heritage, will travel to Toronto, Mississauga and Brampton to meet with arts, culture and community groups
TORONTO, May 14, 2018 /CNW/ - As part of her three-day trip to the Greater Toronto Area, the Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Canadian Heritage, will meet with stakeholders to discuss priorities facing the creative sector and ethnocultural and Francophone communities.
In Toronto, she will attend RightsCon Toronto 2018 and the Mayor's Arts Lunch, visit the Hot Docs Ted Rogers Cinema and Artscape Launchpad, and meet with Mayor John Tory.
She will travel to Brampton to meet Mayor Linda Jeffrey and to Mississauga to participate in community events.
