OTTAWA, Oct 1 /CNW/ - The Honourable Jim Flaherty, Minister of Finance, will speak at the 23^rd annual Investment Funds Institute of Canada conference in Toronto, Ontario, on Friday, October 1, 2010. The Minister is scheduled to speak at approximately 4:00 p.m.

The speech will take place in the Concert Hall of The Carlu at 444 Yonge St., 7^th floor, Toronto, Ontario.
