OTTAWA, Nov. 3, 2014 /CNW/ - The Honourable Julian Fantino, Minister of Veterans Affairs, joins His Excellency François Hollande, President of the French Republic, in paying tribute to Canada's fallen service men and women. President Hollande laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. The Canadian soldier buried here was killed in France, in 1917, during the Battle of Arras.
