SPRINGWATER TOWNSHIP, ON, Nov. 12 /CNW/ - Members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) under the direction of Detective Inspector Martin Graham of The Criminal Investigation Branch (CIB) are requesting the assistance of the public in locating two missing boys. The boys were last seen in the area of the far east end of Rainbow Valley Road West by family members at approximately 4:45 p.m. on November 11th , 2010.
The two missing boys are;
Tyson FILDEY age 10; described as being approximately 4' 8" in height, 82 lbs. in weight, medium build with brown short hair and a chunky face.
Mason FILDEY-HOLYJ age 5; described as being approximately 3' in height, 45 lbs. in weight, medium build and with short brown hair, and a full face. He was last seen wearing a red and black "Hot Wheels" sweater.
Witnesses report that around the time the boys went missing a dark coloured pickup truck with a dark rear cap left the area quickly heading westbound towards Highway 26.
An Amber Alert has been issued regarding the disappearance of the two boys.
The OPP are presently on scene and are conducting an extensive search of the area utilising Emergency Response Team (ERT), Snowmobile All-Terrain Vehicle and Vessel Enforcement Team (SAVE), OPP Helicopter, OPP Canine, Simcoe County Paramedic Services and Springwater Township Fire Department.
