Prior to BJM, <span class="xn-person">Ms. Casanova</span> was a member of BMO Capital Markets' gold research team, covering small, intermediate and large cap gold mining companies. Before her research career, <span class="xn-person">Ms. Casanova</span> was a Petroleum Engineer for Shell Exploration and Production in <span class="xn-location">Venezuela</span>.</p>
