$150,000 donation made to the Canadian Paralympic Committee through the sale of Too Tall Strawberry Shortcake. How sweet it is!
TORONTO, March 18 /CNW/ - M&M Meat Shops is thrilled to announce its support and donation of $150,000 to the Canadian Paralympic Committee to support our athletes. The donation is made possible through the generosity of its franchisees, loyal customers across Canada and Original Cakerie, one of its valued suppliers. From July 2009 until February 2010, M&M Meat Shops, Canada's largest retail chain of specialty frozen foods and supplier Original Cakerie donated $1 to the CPC from the sale of each of its Too Tall(R) Strawberry Shortcakes.
M&M Meat Shops has a long history of supporting charities throughout Canada as its philosophy and success is based on the belief that a strong community is everyone's responsibility.
