MMA Animals featured on CBC Radio "Daybreak South"
MIAMI BEACH, FL, Sept. 11, 2013 /CNW/ - Rangemore Film Productions Corp. ("Rangemore") (OTCPINK:RANF) is pleased to announce that Appiphany Technologies Holdings Corp. ("Appiphany") (OTCBB:APHD) with which Rangemore has a revenue sharing agreement, was featured today on the CBC radio morning show "Daybreak South" hosted by Chris Walker. The interview with Appiphany's President and CEO focused on the MMA Animals project and specifically the cartoon series. Rangemore has a revenue sharing agreement with Appiphany whereby Rangemore can purchase up to ten percent of the net revenue generated by the MMA Animals cartoons the details of which were previously released. The program was aired this morning at 7:40 AM Pacific Standard Time on 88.9 FM Kelowna and over the internet at www.cbc.ca/daybreaksouth/.

The agreed upon terms will allow Rangemore to purchase interest in the film royalties in exchange preferred shares for up to a maximum of 10% of the total royalties. The final terms and a definitive agreement are in the process of being prepared.
