Mobilicity announces exercise of Senior Noteholder Payment Election under the Revised TELUS Acquisition Plan

TORONTO, May 27, 2013 /CNW/ - Data & Audio-Visual Enterprises Holdings Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, Mobilicity) today announced that it has exercised the "Senior Noteholder Payment Election" in accordance with the Interim Order of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) dated Friday, April 26, 2013 and the Revised TELUS Acquisition Plan dated May 22, 2013.  This press release constitutes the "Senior Noteholder Payment Election Notice" pursuant to the Interim Order and the Revised TELUS Acquisition Plan.
