Mobilicity Granted Stay Extension to September 26, 2014
TORONTO, June 25, 2014 /CNW/ - Data & Audio-Visual Enterprises Holdings Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, Mobilicity) announced today that it has obtained an order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) (the "Court") granting a stay extension under its current CCAA proceedings to September 26, 2014. A copy of the order of the Court will be available on the Monitor's website at http://www.ey.com/ca/mobilicity. The Monitor's Seventh Report, dated June 24, 2014, is also available on the website.
The previously announced mediation is ongoing and it continues to be business as usual for Mobilicity's customers. Mobilicity will continue to provide updates on its restructuring as developments warrant.
