MODIFICATION: Honoré-Mercier Bridge: Preparatory Work During the Weekend of June 14th and 15th

CHÂTEAUGUAY, QC, June 13, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - The ministère des Transports du Québec wishes to inform road users that because of the weather forecast, work scheduled on the Honoré-Mercier Bridge on Saturday June 14^th is postponed to Sunday, June 15^th, from 5 AM to 8 PM. One lane will be closed to traffic towards Montréal during this period.  

This lane closure is required for repairs to the slab, in preparation for the work blitz starting on June 21^st.

Remind that in addition, the Jacques Cartier Champlain Bridges Incorporated will perform preparatory work resulting in the complete closure of the access ramp to the bridge, from Châteauguay from Saturday,June 14^th, 5 AM, to Sunday,  June 15^th, 6 PM. Users will be redirected to the access ramp from La Prairie.
