CALGARY, July 3, 2014 /CNW/ - Calgary's "Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth" always fills the city with joy and excitement. Aside from the rides and countless entertainment, many people look forward to the free Stampede Breakfasts held around the city.
This year, Money Mentors is teaming up with emergency family shelter Inn from the Cold (IFTC) to hold the 2nd annual Calgary Stampede Breakfast! We will be collecting financial donations, new children's clothes and hygiene products at the Stampede Breakfast in an effort to help the hundreds of young families that depend on the shelter for food, housing and safety.
So throw on your favourite Western wear and stop by Money Mentors on July 5 for a fun and delicious breakfast to start off your day and kick off the Calgary Stampede 2014!
The menu will include warm, mouth-watering pancakes, hot-off-the grill sausages and farm-fresh scrambled eggs as well as coffee, juice and a delicious assortment of fresh baked goods by Lino's catering.
Local recording artist Lori Kole has promised to have everyone on their feet dancing with her blend of rock and country music and there will even be an appearance by Penelope the Clown, who will be entertaining both young and old with some face painting, balloon animals and other fun tricks.
And yes, there will be free parking.
