CALGARY, April 30, 2015 /CNW/ - Montana Exploration Corp. ("Montana") announces that it has filed its financial and operating results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2014. Montana has filed its audited Financial Statements and related Management's Discussion and Analysis for the year ended December 31, 2014. Management of Montana would like to thank shareholders for their continued support during a challenging time in the oil and gas markets. During 2014 Montana made progress on the evaluation of the companies Shaunavon oil play. Our prospect inventory now includes 13 excellent leads on our large acreage block. Risk dollars are relatively low at approximately $300,000 (USD) to drill and log conventional vertical wells at 4,100 feet depth and five prospects are drill ready. Discussions are far advanced with equity providers and a potential merger candidate with cash.
