Montreal-based Vigilant Global named as a 2016 top 50 Best Small and Medium Employer in Canada

MONTREAL, Nov. 5, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Vigilant Global, together with Aon Hewitt, today announced the technology firm was named among Canada's 50 Best Small and Medium Employers for 2016. The Montreal-based firm is multi-year recipient of the honor and is consistently recognized as a top employer in both the province of Quebec and city of Montreal.

For the first time, Vigilant Global is being recognized as a Platinum Aon Best Employer, making the firm eligible for global Best Employer status. As part of Aon's transition to a single global Best Employer program, organizations must perform strongly on employee engagement, leadership, performance culture and employment brand to achieve Platinum level distinction.
