Montréal Chef Eric Gonzalez From L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon Wins The Silver At The Canadian Culinary Championship Français
MONTRÉAL, Feb. 4, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - Chef Eric Gonzalez from L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon at the Casino de Montréal has won the silver medal from the Gold Medal Plates Championship. The Canadian culinary championship was held last weekend in Kelowna, British Columbia. Winner of the Montréal edition, he participated in the national grand finale as the representative of our fair city and province. This prestigious competition has again showcased the raw and incomparable talent of a local star.
