MONTRÉAL, Feb. 1, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - Chef Eric Gonzalez from L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon at the Casino de Montréal flew off yesterday to Kelowna, British Columbia. As the winner of the Montréal edition of the Gold Medal Plates competition – THE Canadian culinary championship –, he will participate in the national grand finale next Friday and Saturday. This Québec chef and the entire team at L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon have been brilliantly making their mark in gastronomic circles for some time. This prestigious competition will showcase once more the raw and incomparable talent of a local star.
