Montreal Gateway Terminals Partnership and the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 4317, reach collective agreement Français
Minister Leitch congratulates both parties
OTTAWA, Feb. 26, 2015 /CNW/ - Today, the Honourable Dr. K. Kellie Leitch, Minister of Labour and Minister of Status of Women, congratulated Montreal Gateway Terminals Partnership and the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 4317, on the renewal of their collective agreement.
The agreement was reached with assistance from the Labour Program's Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS). The FMCS provides dispute resolution and dispute prevention assistance to trade unions and employers under the jurisdiction of the Canada Labour Code.
